1. Using Pockly

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pockly. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. What Pockly is — and isn't

Pockly aggregates publicly available and partner-supplied information about third-party dining rewards programs. We are not affiliated with, and do not control, those programs or the restaurants listed. Offers, minimum spends, and eligibility change frequently and can differ by account and location.

The Pockly Score is an estimate for comparison purposes only. Always confirm terms with the rewards program and restaurant before you order. We do not guarantee that any reward will be earned, honored, or paid.

3. Accounts and referrals

Referral codes are personal to you. Self-referrals, automated sign-ups, and other abuse may result in forfeited credit and account termination. Referral credit has no cash value.

4. Pockly Pro subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current billing period. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also governed by that store's billing and refund policies.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, resell, or bulk-export Pockly data.
• Don't reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Don't misrepresent your identity or violate any law using Pockly.

6. Intellectual property

Pockly, the Pockly logo, the Pockly Score methodology, and the site and app content are owned by Pockly LLC. Third-party brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

7. Disclaimers

Pockly is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pockly LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost rewards, credits, or savings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Pockly at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
